2006/07 GENERAL PURPOSE FINANCIAL REPORTS
Notice is given that Council's Auditors, The Morse Group, will present the Audited 2006/07 General Purpose Financial Reports, Special Purpose Reports and the Auditors Report for the financial year ended June 30 2007 at Council's Finance and Services Committee Meeting on the 19 November December 2007 at 6.30pm.
All interested members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and any person may in accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993, make submissions in writing to Council with respect of the Audited 2006/07 Financial Reports or Auditors reports prior to the 26 November 2007 .
The 2006/07 General Purpose Financial Reports (GPFR) reflects the format as required by the Local Government Code of Accounting Practice and the Financial Reporting (the Code) No 15 as approved by the NSW Department of Local Government. Adjustment has been made to the opening balances due to the revaluation of Water and Wastewater assets as required by the Department of Local Government for the reporting period ending 30 June 2007 .
