The following documents have been placed on public exhibition.
Public Exhibition of Draft Policies
Council has resolved to display the following policies on exhibition for a period of 28 days.
These draft policies are available from Council’s Customer Service Centre and on Council's website. Written submissions addressed to the General Manager and must be received by 4pm on 18 March 2010 to be considered in the finalisation of the policy.
Plan of Management for Lithgow Golf Course
Council has resolved to grant a Lease to the Lithgow Golf Club over the whole of the land comprised in Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 840412 being Folio Identifier 1/840412 pursuant to Sections 47 and 47A of the Local Government Act. This proposal shall remain on exhibition for a period of 42 days from 19 January 2010.
The resolution of Council states that:
- The Council advertise the Draft Lease to the Lithgow Golf Club, for the use of the Lithgow Golf Course and Club House, for a period of 28 days, allowing 42 days for response from the public as per Sections 47 and 47A of the Local Government Act.
The Council Report of the 18 January 2010 ordinary meeting, a copy of the Draft Lease and the Golf Course Plan of Management can be found on Councils website www.council.lithgow.com, obtained from Council’s Administration Office, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow or by telephoning (02) 6354 9999.
Written submissions regarding the proposed Lease can be forwarded to Lithgow City Council addressed to the General Manager and marked “Submission on Lithgow Golf Club Lease”. Any submissions must be received by Monday, 8 March 2010. All submissions will be considered by Council.
