Level 4 Water Restrictions are now in place for residents of the Lithgow City Council Local Government Area. For garden watering, this means Sprinklers, hand held hoses and micro-systems can be used 4 hrs a day on Odd dates for Odd numbered houses and on Even dates on Even numbered houses system. Summer time hours are between 6am and 8am in the morning and 5pm to 7pm in the evening.
