Level 1 Water Restrictions are now in place for residents of the Lithgow City Council Local Government Area. For garden watering, this means hand held hoses & micro-systems can be used at any time. Topping up and filling of swimming pools is permitted. Sprinklers can be used up to eight hours a day between 6 & 10am and 5 &9 pm. Summer time hours now apply.
