| 1 | Develop a working party to review the progress of the Stormwater Management Plan Implementation Strategy and prioritise actions for funding. |

| 14 | Continuation of the Kerb & Guttering and Road Sealing Programs to reduce the amount of sediment washing into waterways from unsealed road surfaces. |
| 15 | Continuation of the Pit and Pipe Maintenance Program based on customer complaints and observation. |
| 16 | Encourage appropriate tree planting in urban areas to maintain the streetscape and reduce erosion. |
| 17 | Maintain the leachate control system to the Lithgow Landfill to prevent stormwater contamination. |
| 18 | Maintain the dog run areas to minimise the amount of dog faecal contamination in local waterways |
| 19 | Support the Chemical Collection Day. |
| 20 | Review Council mowing practices and assess suitability of alternate mowing techniques, ie leaving a strip along river banks or street sweeping after mowing on road sides. |
| 21 | Examine the potential for sedimentation from the Council Depot in Mort Street and take any remedial action if required. |
| 22 | Prepare a policy requiring rainwater tank installations for new developments. |
